Wild Purslane Salad

Enjoy our unique salad with local ingredients such as wild purslane, lamb’s ear and Urla mastic artichoke, all cooked over an open fire.

Enriched with mountain strawberries and fresh peas, this salad is a celebration of freshness. What makes our salad different is our commitment to using natural, local market ingredients. Hatay Sürk cheese and Bergama tulum and rich mulberry molasses enhance the flavour of our salad.

This is not just a salad; it is an experience full of flavour.

Orzo Octopus

Fresh octopus from the chef’s fish market is cooked confit style with aromatic spices and Hatay’s cold-pressed olive oil, infused with a subtle aroma of oak smoke. Our couscous, enriched with roasted tomatoes and local Urla wines, complements the octopus.



When these flavours are combined, a pleasant oak scent carried by the Alaçatı breeze creates a truly unique culinary experience.

The Local Mom's Meatball

This dish was inspired by our childhood memories of our mothers’ delicious homemade meatballs. We combined our lean ground beef with breadcrumbs, parsley and a unique blend of spices.

For extra flavour, we blended sweet white onion with sumac, cumin seeds and cold-pressed olive oil. This dish is cooked on the grill with vegetables and complemented by our homemade potatoes and muhammara sauce.

The Local Iskender Kebab

We take the classic Iskender kebab beyond the ordinary. We start by carefully resting the meat for 28 days and slicing it thinly.

While the village tomatoes roast in the oven, we add the rich flavours of salted butter and fresh Aegean spices to our special Iskender sauce. Finally, we serve all this on buttered pita bread and add a nice touch of Yanık yoghurt from Denizli. The result is a mouth-watering dish that is anything but ordinary.
